Welcome to Department of MBA, KLS Gogte Institute of Technology
The Department provides a two-year full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme that is autonomous under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi and recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
At the KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, the MBA programme seeks to give students a strong understanding of management concepts and principles, as well as practical skills in fields including entrepreneurship, marketing, operations, finance, Information Technology and human resources.
The curriculum is designed to offer students the information and abilities needed to succeed as entrepreneurs, managers and leaders across a range of industries.
The faculty at the Department of MBA are exceptionally talented and well-informed, and many of them also have professional experience outside of the classroom. The department also places a high priority on research, with faculty members taking an active role in this endeavour and publishing papers in prestigious journals.
The department also provides a PhD programme in Management, which is intended to produce academics who can advance the subject of management through their research and teaching. This programme is offered in addition to the MBA programme. The department also plans a number of conferences, seminars, and workshops throughout the year to provide students the chance to hear from academics and business leaders.
